Opening with Jobim’s Desafinado, this classic bossa nova album, now released as a limited-edition LP, recorded in Washington in February 1962 returns to circulation. Getz won the Grammy Award for Best Jazz Performance of 1963 for Desafinado, and went on to make many other bossa nova recordings.
