RZA as Bobby Digital - In Digital Potions (RSD Black Friday Vinyl)
RZA has returned to his Bobby Digital moniker after 13 years, with details of a new album on the way. The Wu-Tang Clan leader last released music under the name – which sees him take on the alter-ego first presented in his 1998 debut solo album ‘Bobby Digital in Stereo’ – in 2008.RZA’s work as Bobby Digital features more hedonistic rhymes than his usual raps, typically with beats relying less on samples. RZA also appears to reference “Shaolin Finger Jab”, the intro to Wu-Tang’s 2000 album, The W.
