Both base camps are over 5000 metres above sea level, a perfect place to acclimatise before heading off on the adventure ahead. Merino wool fibres absorb moisture, up to 36% of its own weight! This means moisture is absorbed away from your skin. What a clever fibre, whilst it absorbs sweat, it repels light rain. We think this makes a perfect little hiking companion.
