Our Collingwood shop is now open 7 Days a week, Monday to Saturday 10am -6pm & Sunday 11am - 5pm!
Please note : Occasionally we sell out of an item listed on our website, if that's the case we will contact you straight away by email to explain when stock will be back in, usually it's back in within a week. Rarely some items may be sold out by our suppliers, if that's case we will contact you to offer a refund or an exchange.
How much are the shipping costs?
FREE postage on all orders over $150. $10 postage on orders under $150.
Please note postage is calculated after your delivery details have been entered at the checkout. If you pre-order an item with an instock item, they'll ship together when all stock is available to ship.
What's your return policy?
We allow items to be returned for exchange if in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. We're allow items to be exchanged or store credit (gift voucher) to be issued. We don't do refunds.
What payment methods are available when ordering through the website?
Our website accepts Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, PayPal and Amex (not available instore). Please contact us by phone or email if you need any help or have questions with our online shop.
If you have something you may think is suitable please email your information including wholesale price list and we'll consider it. Please DON'T just drop into the shop, we do all submissions via email. At the moment there's a large waiting list.Are you looking for staff?
