We ship within Australia using Australia Post. We currently ship outside Australia to Canada, New Zealand, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States.
We currently only ship to the countries listed above. If you use a parcel redirect service, we will cancel your order.
We will contact you if something is out of stock, and we'll give you an expected delivery time. You will get an email confirming shipping with the tracking number. All prices below are in Australian dollars.
POSTAGE RATES (Within Australia)
FREE postage on all orders over $150. $10 standard postage on orders under $150. We also offer an Express Post option for $15. When ordering online you can also choose 'Click & Collect' at our Collingwood shop, free of charge. If you have any questions regarding shipping please give us a call or email us.
POSTAGE RATES (New Zealand)
We use the Australia Post Express service to New Zealand. Postage is $20 for orders under $100, and $25 on orders over $100. The estimated delivery timeframe is 6-12 business days.
POSTAGE RATES (Canada, Singapore, Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States)
Postage is $40 for orders under $100, and $50 for orders above $100. The estimated delivery timeframe is 9-18 business days.
PAYMENT
Our online shop uses secure payment checkout. You can choose either PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and Afterpay on all vinyl, book and gift orders.
RETURN POLICY
We allow items to be returned for exchange if in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. We're allow items to be exchanged or store credit (gift voucher) to be issued. We don't do refunds. Our full Returns/Policy can be found here.
