Shipping

Online orders are sent using Australia Post during business hours Monday to Friday. Orders are usually sent 1-2 days after your order is placed or when a pre-ordered item arrives. We email shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. If you use a parcel redirect service, we will cancel your order.

Shipping : Australia
We have FREE postage on all orders over $160 within Australia. $12 standard postage on orders under $160. Estimated delivery timeframe to capital cities is 2-4 days, and 3-5 days for regional areas. We also offer an Express Post option at the checkout for $16.

Click & Collect : Fitzroy Shop (We have paused 'click & collects' until we move)
When ordering online you can choose 'Click &; Collect' at our 347 Smith Street Fitzroy shop. Our 'Click & Collect' orders are usually ready within an hour (excluding pre-orders). We will email you confirming when your order is ready to collect. Orders can be collected 11am-5pm each day and we would appreciate it if you could collect your order within a week. You still need to enter an address in, to activate the 'click & collect' address.

Shipping : New Zealand
We use the Australia Post Express service to New Zealand. Postage is $20 for orders under $100, and $25 on orders over $100.  The estimated delivery timeframe is 6-12 business days.

Payment
Our online shop uses secure payment checkout. You can choose either PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and Afterpay on all vinyl, book and gift orders.

Return Policy
We allow items to be returned for exchange if in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. We're allow items to be exchanged or store credit (gift voucher) to be issued. We don't do refunds. Our full Returns/Policy can be found here.
