Pellegrini's Espresso Bar - Gin & Apathy Model
Possibly the site of Melbourne’s first espresso machine. Whether that’s a truth hardly matters when you’re perched along the crowded bar atop a red vinyl stool. Eating a pasta you ordered at random from a menu that barely exists.
Each kit consists of 2 x A5 sheets of pre-cut 1.5mm bamboo, plus packaging and full instructions to assemble the model. They generally take adults around 15-20 minutes to make and require no tools.
