Dillagence II brings together the explosive energy of Busta Rhymes with the unmistakable production of the late J Dilla for a powerful continuation of one of hip-hop’s most celebrated creative pairings.
Authorized by the Yancey estate, the project features Busta delivering his rapid-fire flows over rare and previously unreleased J Dilla production pulled from the legendary producer’s vault. Heavy drums, deep basslines, soulful samples, and Dilla’s signature off-kilter rhythm provide the perfect backdrop for Busta’s larger-than-life delivery.
The album features an impressive lineup of guests, including D’Angelo, Big Sean, Anderson .Paak, Ludacris, Lil Wayne, Talib Kweli, Common, Jon Batiste, T3 of Slum Village, C.S. Armstrong, and more.
Pressed on classic black vinyl, Dillagence II is a must-have release for fans of Busta Rhymes, J Dilla, and timeless hip-hop production.
