Buy it, you won't regret it

This book is so great. I'm literally cooking my way through the whole book. I've never really cooked asian food, so I'm learning a lot and enjoying visiting the asian grocer regularly to purchase and discover new (to me) ingredients. Definitely make the Cacio e Pepe Udon Noodles!!
